Ohm's main room will bring an unparalleled big room option to the renowned Chicago neighborhood. The club will also feature loft ceilings, treated brick walls, stained glass windows allowing the warm glow of streetlights into the venue, a state-of-the-art EV X-array sound system in both rooms, a spectacular DJ booth designed in cooperation with New York legend Little Louie Vega and Chicago’s Mark Grant, bars complete with oak and mahogany finishes and stylish marble bathrooms.

The musical direction of Ohm will touch on multiple genres of electronic music but intends to find its roots in Chicago's highly respected House music. In addition to a solid roster of globe-trotting guest DJs, the line-up of residents is a virtual who's who of Chicago and national talent, and will include legends such as Jesse De La Pena, Mark Grant, Michael Serafini, Uncle Milty, Just Joey, Brian Gardner, Justin Long, Diz and Andre Harris. On the Bridge, local Tech-House power label Siteholder Records will quench the auditory senses on Wednesday nights with label owners Billy Dalessandro, Brian Ffar, and Daniel Mnookin handling the DJ duties, while on Fridays and Saturdays the musical direction will vary from Electro to club favorites.

Ohm has assembled a prestigious management and marketing team as well. Music director and general manager duties will be conducted by Joey (Just Joey) Swanson, former program director at XM Satellite Radio, originator of the beloved Sonic Boom program on Q101 and current co-promoter of the Boom Boom Room at Green Dolphin. "We're planning to incorporate all of the essential aspects of a great party. Music, staff, environment and production will all play equal rolls in the Ohm experience." Swanson remarks.

Swanson's long time friend and partner, Arman Razavi will handle marketing and promotions. Razavi, best known as the owner/operator of Mad Bar and for his highly respected Music 101 marketing and promotion company, including the co-promotion of the famed Boom Boom Room on Monday nights amongst many other successes, plans to make this latest venture yet another legendary nightclubbing destination. "Chicago needs a Chicago style clubbing experience. Our intentions are to put our 30 years combined experience to work to that end and deliver a fun yet distinctly Chicago flavor."
